Maintenance begins immediately upon purchase of the annual maintenance program and continues for a period of 12 months, “at which time” annual maintenance should be renewed. We guarantee 24-hour and 7 days a week support.

Our dedicated data center is located in Atlanta, GA with staff to provide 24/7 Production support services. The data center is full-fledged and equipped with advanced systems including in-house IBM AS/400 systems.
