To lead this critical division, Robert Knotts has been appointed as Head of the Global Support Organization. In this role, Robert will be responsible for overseeing and expanding S3 Group’s comprehensive client support services across three key areas:
WMS Post Go-Live Support: Expert support to ensure smooth transitions, reduce disruption, and accelerate ROI after system implementation.
Proactive Enhancements: Ongoing system optimization, strategic guidance, and tailored improvements as client needs evolve.
Integration & Expansion: Seamless integration of new systems and expansion of S3 Group solutions across client operations.
